I mentioned on Instagram that I read The Happiness Project every year. This will be my third time reading it. It’s an amazing chapter a month read that really helps you organize your life and focus on important areas of it. I think it’s awesome how each chapter matches the feel for each month for example January focuses on Renewed Energy, February is focused on love, etc. Today, I start chapter one.
